Jennifer Lovelace is a Greensboro native and there is no place she would rather be. She received her BS degree in education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received a master’s degree in elementary education in reading. She has worked for Guilford County schools for 20 years as a third grade and kindergarten teacher. 

Jennifer works part time for Equity Properties as the Assistant Property Manager. Her responsibilities include insurance, marketing, reporting and much more.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.

Chris Matthews is a Greensboro native who attended GTTC after graduating from Grimsley High School.  He enlisted in the United States Army in 1996 and worked as a private contractor in Iraq for three years.  Chris joined Equity Commercial in 2017 and received his Real Estate Broker license in 2018.  Chris is involved in leasing, sales and property management.  Chris enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to the mountains.

Marcia Primus joined the Equity team in June of 2020.  Marcia provides a wide range of administrative support to both the commercial and residential side of the business.   Marcia is a seasoned employee with extensive knowledge in residential property management including but not limited to single family houses, new construction and a 498 unit apartment complex.  Marcia believes in providing high quality customer service and is willing to do whatever is needed to assist others and advance the company.  

Marcia is a native of Massachusetts and graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BA in Psychology.  Marcia lives in High Point, NC with her husband and their 4 children.

Bonnie Rimmer started Equity Commercial Properties in 2008 after working with Triad Commercial, Phillips Management and the Bissell Companies.  She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Harris Community College.  She acquired her Broker’s license in 1988 and her Certified Property Management (CPM) designation in 2000.  She served as the first female president of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, Commercial & Industrial Division.  Away from work she enjoys time with her family and weekend runs.

John Kostyrka started working at Equity in 2022. He has worked his way to being an assistant property manager. He assists all Equity functional areas and departments as needed.

Tanner started working for Equity Properties in 2022. He has now become an assistant property manager.  He assists the company in all areas of service and is willing to help the team in any department needed.
